PLEASE BEWARE! After you pay the yearly subscription fee, they store your card details without your permission and will continue to charge your card annually. I've already reported this company, and you should do the same. It's a genuine scam. This company ought to be fined for engaging in illegal practices. I believe this company and directors involved are behind this - BRICKS AND MORTAR ASSETS MANAGEMENT LIMITED!

Absolutely dreadful company. No communication whatsoever. No response to emails. Forget trying to call this lot! Don't waste your time and energy.

Absolutely shocking behaviour two years ago I registered with this company they require £100 fee which I thought was a lot considering all the big advertising platforms are free to register. I was assured I would recoup the cost in my bookings. Not one booking was ever made, and the two enquires in a year that came through were completely inappropriate for my listing. Last year a 2nd payment of £100 was taken I eventually managed to speak to someone stating I had never received any bookings so I want the account cancelled immediately, they did this and refunded the £100. Then yesterday they took £100 again, I have called the number supplied countless times it does not connect. I have also sent three emails I have had no response. I have now had to raise the issue with my bank as an unauthorised transaction. This company is a scam.

Pls avoid this company as they do not answer calls or emails. I asked for a refund of the £100 listing fee within first month of joining as I could not get hold of them. I left a negative review on Google and suddenly they answered my call to ask me to remove the review and they would issue my refund..after removing the negative review they went back to ignoring my calls but never issued the refund. You will not get any enquiries from listing with this company and customer service is terrible. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely waste of £100 with no enquiries in 12 months. To test the system, I sent an enquiry to myself through their website and it went into junkmail. When I called for a refund I was told "it's not my fault nobody wants to book with you" 🤣🤣🤣

I paid £100 in Feb 2021 to advertise my property to contractors. One month later I discovered that we had an enquiry but it didn't come through to our email address so we missed the opportunity. We haven't had anything since then and it's been 8 months! So, no my experience has been rubbish!! We are now renting out to students, so have asked for the advert to be taken off. I have heard nothing back and it is still on the website!

Paid £100 to put my listing up, had 1 enquiry which I missed because they don't send email or text notifications as they should. Big mistake and wish I had done more digging before paying. I would avoid at all costs. Very frustrating!

Contacted this site with a view to placing an advertisement, but received no answer to emails. Had a little dig around Google and found this site has no traffic, and no significant internet presence and 0% search engine optimisation, charges the highest listing fees I have seen. Glad they did not answer or I could have wasted £50. Maybe the owner has just give up on it as the site comments are from 2012..
