I got a fine for stopping to make room for another car to pass. That part of the road supposedly was a carpark. I contested the fine and was not approved. In addition the have a phone number just to pay. You can't have a conversation with so someone. This more than likely is someones shady business and should be stoped.

This is scam company. Their tickets are falsified. Make them take you to court and have your case heard by an independent judge at the small claims court, not their fake appeals service and their threatening debt collectors. Do not pay a penny unless you've actually been to a real HM Court and have judge look at the evidence. They will always back down before court as they know they'll lose.

Pulled in a carpark ran across the road to get change ,couldn't get any so immediately left carpark. Was there for 2mins 37secs. Sent me a fine of £60 Then refused my appeal saying that the fine was reasonable and justified. Joke !!

SCAMMERS!!!!!! I'm a taxi driver and i waited the customer for less than 2 minutes outside the venue. They fined me 100£ They don't even have a phone number to call

I was fined for approx 1 minute which was in confusion. There are 2 shops next to each other for same company. I went to other one for first time and had to go again. I arrived at wrong building but here they have this parking company on left and on right it is one I wanted to go. The other building has same parking places which created confusion. I realised the mistake and went to next building. The time between coming in parking and going out was 2.5 minutes and they rejected my appeal. What a shameful and inhuman company. There must be some rule control such company and people. Horrible company

After appealing UKPS in writing with all attached evidence, also filled the online appealing form and also dropped the voice message but didn't bother to reply me back at all. They supposed to correspondence the appeal but nothing. Now, they transferred my details to debth company while i was waiting for their respond. Such a legal scammers, I have ever seen in my life in this country. Can't even ring them or any live chat option at all. All I could so is appeal , which I did twice but no respond. This company's people must be ashmed of looting innocent people. Shame on your and your looting business.

Complete parasites, not only they make tickets out to look and represent the official ones from the state. When I try to reason with them rather then respond like human beings they threaten and try to intimidate me throught a whole email. Btw I only found out after I paid them that they are private company and unless they take you to court they have no power to enforce that fine and I bet you the court wouldn't look to kindly to their abhorrent business practice.

Good at robbing hardworking people by not showing any sign but sending fine to your address. People working for the company is good replying at the deadline. You have to choose to risk paying more or just handing in your money. The company and the people who work for the company will be judged in the end. I give a star to this shameless company and people. To those people, GET A PROPER JOB!

Refuses to follow the code of practice for the trade body that they are part of, and completed refused to open a complaint despite saying they have a complaints policy on the PCN. They’ve actually crossed from just shady dealings into fully illegal practices now. I look forward to discussing in court.

An absolute disgrace to the British parking industry. I have attempted several times to appeal the unlawful and extortionate parking fine, I have received from this business. AVOID AT ALL COST! I would've given this company less than 1 star, however, this is the lowest rating could provide. Please see attached photos and highlight where it specifies that there is a 30 minute period of free parking. I'll wait 🙂
