Jacoby Rugs have recently cleaned a rug for us as unfortunately one of our cats had a little accident on it and the smell of urine was awful. The rug was bought some 26 years ago whilst living abroad and had never been cleaned professionally before and was well overdue! Also after many moves we had lost all the original sale paperwork so were unsure of the rug's origins. Michael collected the rug very promptly after we agreed the quote. It was returned to us within a very sensible time frame looking bright and smelling so fresh! The tassels were back to white and even the very old coffee/wine stains were either gone or much less noticeable. They were able to identify the origins of our beautiful rug as being Indian and provided us with the necessary paperwork. I would thoroughly recommend Jacoby Rugs - their service is prompt, professional and very friendly and excellent value. I will definitely send my other rugs to them for cleaning in the future.

Jacoby Rugs cleaned our antique Fine Persian Kashan rug that has been in our family for over 90 years. The rug was returned to us just over a week later and the results were brill! We've used different companies before but none of them produced as good results. Will be using them again. Highly recommended.
