Went here as advertised as alterations when I arrived I was told they no longer do any I said your advertisement says you do and you have it in your window and the lady just said yes we need to change that sometime

Very expensive laundry service. 2 washing and 1 drying cost 24 £. They don`t use voucher system! When I asked for a voucher, they gave me this!!

Website and window need updating. No token or coin operated machines.

Took in two sofa cushion covers to be cleaned. Upon collection, the owner commented on how hard they were to clean, suggesting they had been done but with difficulty, and took our money. When we unwrapped them, the stains were clearly still there.

I visit Leamington regularly and have to say that Jess Express' service is excellent. Personalised customer service and great value. I save up my shirts to get laundered when I visit as much better quality than where I live. Keep up the good work!

A truly awful experience - DO NOT GO HERE First of all, the man is trying his best to scam customers by posting prices years out of date on both his website, flyers and shop front, the prices are much higher than these which you only find out when he charges you. Secondly, the dry cleaning was absolutely terrible, my trouser were in an awful state, I assume he saw the scum marks and didn't choose to do anything about it. The ironing was also awful. I went back into the shop (after dropping my trousers at another dry cleaners) to show him the pictures, he said he wouldn't do anything unless I brought the trousers in which he knew I couldn't. I'm all for supporting local trade but this is an exception ...

Worst customer service. Put in some bits for dry cleaning and when i questioned the price when I thought I had been overcharged I was told it was my fault it was charged incorrectly. I'll apologise now on here for not knowing your pricing list. When I said I won't come back I was told "doesn't bother me if you do or not".
